Training & QA Supervisor
The Training & Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for selecting trainees, supervising training programs, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality service standards across “Helpers360” and “The BEES” Training Centre. This role ensures that all helpers are professionally trained, compliant, and ready for real work environments.
Oversee daily training activities and schedules
Ensure training content is followed correctly
Coach trainers and provide performance feedback
Quality Control & Evaluation
Monitor trainee performance during and after training
Conduct regular evaluations and skill tests
Ensure helpers meet Helpers360 service standards
3–5 years experience in training, operations, or supervision
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (Arabic required, English preferred)
High attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to manage people from different backgrounds
Experience in domestic work, hospitality, facilities, or service industries is a strong plus
Firm but fair
Highly organized
Observant and detail-oriented
Problem-solver
Strong sense of responsibility and ethics
Very good written and spoken English language
