Surprise surprise.. With great pleasure, I would like to share with you Ezzaman Stud plan of hosting workshops of TAI CHI with Dr Walid Ghoneim at the stud in Mansoureya..

I have started Tai Chi about 2 months ago with dr. Walid and I got fascinated with the idea how one sport can work on your body, mind and Soul together.. and best thing about it, that you can start practicing at any age even if you haven’t done sports before ..

Let’s get together on a 3 days trip away from the daily routine and life troubles.. An opportunity to raise our awareness, harmony, balance, power, self confidence, deep breathing and freedom of self expression with the Tai Chi practice while being connected to nature through the magical big hearted Arabian horse kingdom..
