I will be closed on Monday as I am travelling to Sevilla this weekend for the Feria there so expect some content of me badly dancing in 30 degree heat 💃🙃

A colourful one to finish on for the Easter holiday weekend 🌞

Today’s Curried Cauliflower Steak was one I did last month but didn’t get to photograph it as I sold out the day of and didn’t have any left to photograph 🤷🏼‍♂️

In today’s box is a chunky cauliflower steak marinated in a homemade spice mix of Garam masala, coriander and few others and roasted and served with mixed vegetable rice pilaf, spiced lentils and topped with a drizzle of soy yoghurt, coriander sauce and crunchy pomegranate seeds.

Thank you to everyone who ordered today! It seemed to have gone down a treat so I will be sure to have it on the menu again soon!
