Heba Cook was born and raised in Egypt, learning middle eastern cooking firsthand through family recipes in her own home. Later in life, Heba was able to practice and broaden her skills cooking in restaurants in Abu Dhabi, Norway, and Spain, After having moved permanently to London, UK, at age 24. Her cooking style is traditional and hearty, with an emphasis on the beauty of presentation and the quality and healthful nature of the ingredients. About the Services:
Heba offers in-home cooking classes suited for groups of 5-10 people. Her menus include dishes from the Mediterranean and Middle East, including Greek, Lebanese, North African and Moroccan dishes. The classes include a starter, main dish, and dessert, and typically are between 3-4 hours. Class attendees will, under Heba’s direction, prepare all of the dishes, as well as have the opportunity to sit down to the prepared meal upon completion. Recipes for each dish will be provided at the end of class. Participants should be prepared to bring some cooking supplies, as well as take-away containers for leftover servings. Heba also offers pre-prepared dishes for dinners for busy families, and special occasion meals for birthdays or anniversaries. Prices and menus available upon request.
