Tree pruning is ongoing at the finca! Here are some words from our owner;
At first I was worried and afraid of making mistakes but I started anyways, and this strange feeling emerged… It felt like I was on a first date with each of my trees! Getting to know them and understanding their perspective… after all, they are the essence of tres.geckos 🦎🦎🦎

Always keep in mind that you are creating space for sunlight & air flow to give your trees a healthy growth this coming season! Prune them with love, care and kindness ❣️

The worst mistake you can make, is to not prune them at all… 🦎🌳

A very beautiful and comfortable addition to our pergola this spring; a hammock! Lay back and unwind looking out to the mountains & our olive trees overlooking the Med. The perfect spot after a day at the beach or spent perusing the streets of nearby villages!

Every year, we aim to add new varieties of trees to sustain ourselves and visitors to Tres Feckos in the future. This year’s picks included Cherry, Mandarine, Nectarine and Avocadoes! We cannot wait to be back at the finca this season! Owner and chef Josée will be back on the grounds shortly. We’re delighted to see most plants thriving and continue to add to the diversification of the land. Our citrus had a hard time, but we’re hopeful some TLC will help! 🫒🍊🌸 🦎🦎🦎

We are so grateful to the team that came out to help us this summer! With the skillful Sergio & Ashley over at (give them a follow on Insta 😉), we were able to learn and put in practice the art of rebuilding fallen terrace walls. It may seem like a simple task of stacking local rocks, however the techniques and knowledge passed down will help us rebuild stronger walls that will stand the test of time. ¡Gracias a todos! 🪨☀️🦎
