Ok taking orders for next week Thursday or Friday 20th/21st, after which I will be taking a bit of a break due to our sons arriving and my sister and BIL. 24th August last delivery day until the 7th September.

The last class of 4 from our Teenage Cookery Classes we’ve had great fun and Paula and I are so proud of our young chefs. We’ve watched over these few weeks them gain more confidence and skills and they’ve all went home from each class with delicious food. We will be running a class close to Xmas if anyone is interested.
This week we made Pizza, Salad with a homemade dressing, Loaded Potato Skins and Chocolate Brownie’s.

3rd week of Teenagers Cookery Class tough one this week a lot to do. Chicken Stir Fry, Egg Fried Rice, Spring Rolls and Mini cheesecakes. They all did amazing and each week you can see how much they are progressing. Well done Chefs. 👩‍🍳

Taking orders for Monday and Thursday next week. The Quiches have been doing a storm these last few weeks. Nice with a side salad for supper light whats needed in this heat.
