This season we invited to create the new Farm to Table menu with us.

We spent days cooking outside, prior to endless conversations since last year, testing dishes over fire, picking herbs and vegetables from the farm and rebuilding the whole menu from scratch.

The result is probably our strongest menu so far.

Cold almond ajo blanco with grapes and chervil.鈥≧oasted pepper ezme.鈥╓hipped brown butter.鈥‵ire cooked lamb.鈥–harred vegetables, herbs, smoke, acidity and big sharing plates built for long dinners outside.
The whole menu was designed around one idea.

Friday was supposed to happen outside. Then the rain came.

So we moved everything into the winery. Long tables between the tanks. What could鈥檝e felt improvised ended up feeling intimate in the best possible way.

Meet our founder, Andy.

In 2020 he took a small plot of land in Mallorca, three terraces and some seeds, and started growing things.

Half the crops died. He tried again. Then again.

That stubbornness comes from somewhere real. A childhood close to forests, grandparents who grew their own food, a mother who travelled the world as a photographer and came home with flavours from places most people hadn鈥檛 heard of yet. Food was never just food in his house.

San Francisco is where the idea took shape. He sat at a long table on a farm and ate something that came from the ground that morning. He knew then that this was what he wanted to build. Now most of the dishes o the plate comes from the garden he tends every day. He cooks what the land gives him that day and sets a long table under the trees for whoever is coming that Friday.

This is not a restaurant. It鈥檚 a life鈥檚 project. And you can feel that the moment you sit down.

pandemic project turned full obsession.

we planted a small garden at the back of our house in 2020 mostly to have something to do. then we couldn鈥檛 stop. the reading, the experimenting, the very strong opinions about soil.

now we cook what we grow. and what we can鈥檛 grow ourselves comes from farmers we鈥檝e been calling the same people for years.

Just for one evening we move inside bodega 馃嵎

Five courses. One long table. Whatever the island gave us this week. You鈥檒l share dishes with people you haven鈥檛 met yet, eat things grown a few kilometres from where you鈥檙e sitting, and talk to the chef who made it. No menus handed to you. Just good food, local wine.

Tomorrow. One long table. One Michelin trained chef. All the good things.

Join us for our Farm to Table Tasting Menu, a family style feast set under a carob tree, surrounded by vines, with dishes made from what鈥檚 growing right now on the farm and sourced from our local farmers.

You鈥檒l start with a welcome drink and a walk through the vineyard. Then slow down for a long unhurried meal.

New people. Good food. No rush.
