Sometimes viral places aren’t always worth the hype…

Had the opportunity to try this very viral Italian restaurant in Madrid, and as an Italian 🇮🇹, I can say I was a little dissatisfied with the food. It claimed to be authentic yet it was not!

The carbonara was made with cream instead of eggs and it was extremely heavy, the pasta was unfortunately overcooked, and it was overall un enjoyable 😞!

The thing that I did appreciate although was the starter and that they seve the best water 💦

GREEK FOOD IS ALWAYS A HIT 😍🇬🇷!

Got to try a new Greek place in Brescia and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the restaurant and their food! They served high quality dishes with high quality fresh ingredients! It was a delicious Mediterranean experience ❤️!

I must say I particularly enjoyed the fried feta, it was my first time trying it and I’m already craving it! I also particularly enjoyed their different dips with the lovely baked pita bread 🫓! Everything was superb 😋!

Ho provato un nuovo ristorante greco a Brescia e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla qualità del locale e dei piatti! Servono pietanze di alta qualità con ingredienti freschi e selezionati! È stata una deliziosa esperienza mediterranea ❤️!

Devo dire che ho particolarmente apprezzato la feta fritta: era la prima volta che la provavo e già mi manca! Ho adorato anche le diverse salse accompagnate dal delizioso pane pita caldo 🫓! Tutto era superbo 😋!

IS THIS REALLY THE BEST TORTILLA IN SPAIN? 🥔🇪🇸

Casa Dani has earned a reputation as one of the top spots for tortilla in Spain and it absolutely lives up to the hype. The texture is unreal with a soft juicy center that stays perfectly creamy while the outside holds a delicate golden finish. Every bite feels rich comforting and perfectly balanced showing just how something so simple can be done at the highest level. Whether it is truly the best in the country is always up for debate but it is without question one of the most memorable tortillas you can try.

If you were to ask me what’s the one thing you miss the most from 🇺🇸… it would be ☕️!

Pan con Tomate y Jamon is a typical Spanish breakfast which I adore! It is so simple yet so finger licking good 🤤!

From the fresh sweet and savory grated tomato covered in fragrant olive oil and flaky sea salt to the crunchy bread, it’s pure delicious bite! The Jamon adds the salty yet umami rich flavor, which matches heavenly to the 🍅🥖!

This is something typical we eat in my hometown during festivities 🥳! Even if it’s a simple plate of food, it’s able to warm your heart ❤️!

Pane salamina and formaggio fuso 🧀🫓🥖! A sandwich with a sort of squashed sausage and a plate of grilled cheese! I love it so much, and it’s always accompanied by fries 🍟!
