The perfect workshop experience!

🐉 In this amazing workshop, 1️⃣ you will begin by creating 3 dragons each! To breathe life into your dragons 🔥, you fill their bellies with delightful chocolate mousse. Once your dragons are set, you will learn how to demould and then paint them using both chocolate and colours. 2️⃣ For the next stage of the workshop you will be creating 4 chocolate lollipops each and piping the cute donkey shapes! 3️⃣ 🦋 Finally, you will create 6 soft-centre butterfly bonbons each and decorate them!

We make the packaging too!
All the graphic design, paper engineering and packaging assembly is done in-house at Mayan Monkey Mijas.
This gives us the flexibility and control to make all sorts of modifications and tweaks to the packaging form and content

It also means we can do tiny print & cut runs so......if you'd like a personalized chocolate to celebrate a wedding, family reunion, company event, product launch, worthy cause, etc, we're your man!

Carrot & Nib Scones
💚 Brunch of Champions
Funk up that classic scone recipe by adding texture with carrots, coconut, cacao nibs and sliced dessicated ginger.
Up the flavour volume with cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger
Veganise by subbing coconut oil for butter, and any plant milk instead of regular
A doddle to make, this is a lighter, heathier and all round more delicious scone.

💚 Brunch de los campeones
La aportación de zanahoria, coco, pepitas de cacao y jengibre disecado a la clásica receta británica de 'Scones' crea una textura muuuy rica.
El sabor se vuelve más intenso gracias a la canela, la nuez moscada y el jengibre en polvo.
Fácilmente se consigue una versión vegana, usando cualquier leche vegetal y optando por aceité de coco en lugar de mantequilla.
Tirados de elaborar, se trata de unos Scones mas ligeros, sanos y sabrosos.

Behind the scenes at our CHERRY ICE CREAM !!!!

Every batch is made with a base of organic fresh cherry compote, slowly stewed at low heat and left to rest overnight so that all the gorgeous flavour of whole cherries, cinnamon bark, organic cane sugar and organic vanilla powder can mingle, and merge into something words just couldn't describe.
