Now, let's dive into my Falafel Recipe:

Ingredients:

* 250g dried chickpeas (soaked overnight)
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
* 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon Espelette pepper (adjust for your spice preference)
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* 5g baking powder
* 45g flour (any type, I prefer spelt flour)
* Salt & Pepper to taste
* Optional: customize with cardamom, nutmeg, fresh ginger, or lime zest

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. Leave some chickpea chunks for that delightful crunch.

2. Shape into small balls and deep-fry until golden brown (3-4 minutes).

Pro Tip: Freeze the fried falafel for later use. Simply reheat in the oven whenever you crave them!

This summer I work as a private chef on location in Ibiza. You need a chef to take care of your family during your stay in a villa or a boat? I am your man. Love of what I do, is my motivation.
It's time to shine as my love for food is too huge to keep to myself. Let's share it together !

In 2018 when setting foot on the Isla Blanca for the very first time it was love at first time. We instantly felt home. Last year I proposed to my girlfriend here and the 23 May 2022 we got married under the Ibizencan sun. Needless to say that these 572km2 hold a special place in my heart.

I am super excited to meet you all !
