🇪🇸 Nos acercamos a los últimos días de la vendimia 2026… y, como no podía ser de otra manera, cerramos con la Tardana. 🍇

Su nombre ya lo dice todo: la Tardana madura tarde y es tradicionalmente una de las últimas variedades en vendimiarse en Utiel-Requena D.O.P Utiel-Requena.

Siempre se hace esperar… pero la espera merece la pena. 😉

The name says it all: Tardana is a late-ripening variety and traditionally one of the last grapes to be harvested in Utiel-Requena.

She always keeps us waiting… but she’s worth the wait. 😉

Junto al chef Antonio Ortuño, hemos preparado una experiencia gastronómica única entre los viñedos de Viña de Eufemia. Un menú cuidadosamente elaborado con productos de temporada, maridado con una selección de nuestros vinos, todo ello en un entorno mágico donde el atardecer da paso a una noche bajo las estrellas.

🇪🇸 Nos acercamos al último tercio de nuestra vendimia. 🍇 Aún queda camino por recorrer, pero seguimos disfrutando de cada amanecer entre los viñedos. En estos momentos estamos inmersos en la vendimia de la Merseguera, una variedad mediterránea que aporta frescura, personalidad y mucha ilusión a la nueva añada.

Cada caja que entra en la bodega nos acerca un poco más a los vinos de la cosecha 2026.

🇬🇧 We’re approaching the final third of our harvest. 🍇 There’s still a good way to go, but every sunrise in the vineyard brings us one step closer to the new vintage. We’re currently harvesting Merseguera, a Mediterranean grape variety known for its freshness and distinctive character.

Every crate arriving at the w**ery brings us a little closer to the w**es of the 2026 vintage.

Hace unas semanas tuvimos el placer de recibir a durante una de nuestras Noches Mágicas, junto a . 🌿🍷 Han creado un magnífico vídeo que transmite a la perfección la esencia de una velada llena de vino, naturaleza y momentos inolvidables.

Además, entrevistaron a Petya, nuestra Experience & Customer Relationship Manager, quien explica con pasión el porqué de Viña de Eufemia, nuestra visión y el compromiso que ponemos cada día para elaborar grandes vinos de terroir a partir de las variedades autóctonas de Requena-Utiel. ❤️🍇

🇪🇸 Nuestra Bobal, procedente de algunos de nuestros viñedos más antiguos. 🍇

Vendimiamos a mano y seleccionamos cuidadosamente solo los mejores racimos para elaborar nuestro vino más preciado. Ahora comienza la fermentación. Después vendrán años de paciencia en barrica y botella, hasta que dentro de 4 o 5 años alguien descorche una botella y disfrute del resultado de este momento.

Porque los grandes vinos empiezan aquí, en el viñedo. ❤️

🇬🇧 Our Bobal, harvested from some of our oldest vineyards. 🍇

We carefully hand-select only the finest grapes for what will become our most precious Bobal w**e. Fermentation begins now, followed by years of patient ageing in barrel and bottle, before someone uncorks a bottle in about four to five years and savours the result of this very moment.

Because great w**es always begin in the vineyard. ❤️

🇪🇸 Nuestro Xarel·lo, recién vendimiado al amanecer. 🌿🍇

La calidad de la uva y la intensidad de la fruta son simplemente extraordinarias. Todo apunta a que esta añada dará un Xarel·lo con mucha personalidad, frescura y expresión del viñedo.

La vendimia continúa… y no podríamos estar más ilusionados. 💚
