Enjoying a piece of tortilla with wild asparagus and an Americano at my beloved neighborhood cafe bistro, Melambsucre.
I had to choose this tortilla today because I love wild asparagus. Years ago my friend taught me how to forage and find asparagus on our hikes, I’ve been on the lookout for the plants ever since. Our husbands weren’t happy with our hikes took double the time, but they enjoyed the dinner that night. 😉
It’s a fun side quest while hiking around the island during spring. With all the rain we’ve been getting, this is really a taste of Formentera. ♥️🏝️
