An intimate wedding by the sea, incredible food and a day filled with happiness.

Marc and Lesley celebrated their Mallorca wedding at Finca Port Verd Events, beginning with a seaside ceremony followed by cocktails and canapés on the terrace.

Dinner was served sharing-style around one long table, with Galician rib-eye steak, piri piri chicken, king prawn and salmon skewers, fresh salads and potatoes, followed by chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

“The food was incredible and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. It was such a special part of our day and something we’ll always remember.”

Two days, 151 wedding guests and one unforgettable celebration for Ali and Jack at Zoëtry Mallorca.

The festivities began with Hugo Spritzes and canapés by the windmill, including smoked cheese croquetas, teriyaki chicken skewers, lamb brioche burgers and Mexican fish ceviche.

Dinner followed beside the fountain, with guests choosing between beef fillet, oven-baked salmon and tumbet Mallorquín, before finishing with apple tarte tatin and cinnamon ice cream. Then it was back to the windmill for live music, followed by dancing in the chapel and late-night coca Mallorquina.

The following afternoon, everyone returned for round two: tapas, freshly cooked paella, Biscoff cheesecake and an impressive cava tower, followed by a private pool party.

A small, intimate wedding by the sea, with a big Mediterranean feast at its heart.

Marc and Lesley celebrated at Finca Port Verd on Mallorca’s beautiful east coast, with just 14 guests, making it a wonderfully relaxed and personal day.

After the seaside ceremony, the celebrations began with cocktails, cava and canapés including teriyaki chicken skewers, duck pancakes with plum sauce, mini quiches, potato and hummus bites, mozzarella, tomato and basil skewers, and king prawn skewers.

Dinner was served family style, exactly the way we love Mediterranean celebrations. Prime Galician rib-eye steak with fresh thyme and garlic, piri-piri chicken with mango sweet chilli sauce and king prawn and salmon skewers with lime aioli were brought to the table alongside new potatoes, pesto farfalle and American-style coleslaw.

And dessert? Chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce. A very good reason to leave room.

With the Mediterranean as the backdrop, long-table dining, cocktails and a laid-back evening on the terrace, this was Mallorca wedding catering at its most delicious.

So... in the middle of a very busy September wedding season it's our founder's birthday today! A very happy birthday to Helen, we hope you have a great day and get the chance to celebrate soon!

Sina and Florian’s wedding at Terra Ión was one of those days that felt joyful from beginning to end. They looked completely at home together, surrounded by 60 of their favourite people, with plenty of laughter, lovely speeches and a party that carried on until 2am.

Guests arrived to cold lemonade, b**r and Limoncello Spritz before the ceremony, followed by a garden reception with Canonita and tonic, cava, Terra Ión w**es and six different canapés. These included beef tartare on a yuca and chilli cracker, smoked cheese croquettes, tuna tartare, smoked salmon blinis, mini quiches and mango and nectarine gazpacho.

For dinner, guests chose between fish and prawn ceviche or grilled pineapple and burrata salad, followed by wild mushroom and white truffle risotto or sea bass with saffron sauce, ratatouille and roasted potatoes.

Dessert brought mango and passion fruit, espresso martinis and a traditional Mallorcan ensaïmada wedding cake, before everyone moved into the w**e cellar for cocktails, dancing and late-night coca de verduras.

A wonderfully relaxed Mallorca wedding, full of good food, excellent w**e and two very happy people. Thank you, Sina and Florian, for choosing Delicioso as your wedding caterer in Mallorca.
