Montaraz estuvo presente en la SPAIN NIGHT 2026, celebrada en el legendario Ogasawara Hakushaku-Tei de Tokyo, un histórico palacio de inspiración española considerado uno de los escenarios gastronómicos más extraordinarios de Japón y distinguido durante años por la Guía Michelin.

Entre jardines centenarios, arquitectura noble y alta gastronomía, proveedores, grandes clientes, periodistas y figuras clave del sector se reunieron en una noche donde España volvió a demostrar que la excelencia no necesita presentación.

Un encuentro que trasciende lo gastronómico para convertirse en un símbolo de cultura, tradición y relaciones que perduran en el tiempo.

Montaraz was proud to be part of SPAIN NIGHT 2026, hosted at the legendary Ogasawara Hakushaku-Tei in Tokyo, a historic Spanish-inspired mansion regarded as one of Japan’s most extraordinary dining destinations and recognised by the Michelin Guide for many consecutive years.
