The numbers speak for themselves:

→ 20,000+ net new stores in 12 months

→ 87,500 total outlets (more than the US and UK combined)

→ 20% growth forecast for 2026

→ Growth concentrated in two domestic chains: Luckin Coffee (29,000 stores) and Cotti Coffee (14,400 stores) that have built their entire businesses around an RMB 9.9 ($1.40) price point
