የቡና ማድረቂያ አልጋ በተለይም በተፈጥሯዊ (Natural) እና በማር ማቀነባበሪያ (Honey) የቡና ማቀነባበር ወቅት የቡና ቼሪዎችን ወይም የተላጠ ቡናን በንጹህና በተቆጣጠረ ሁኔታ ለማድረቅ የሚያገለግል ዋና የማቀነባበሪያ መሣሪያ ነው። በምስሉ ላይ እንደሚታየው ብዙ ረጅም የማድረቂያ አልጋዎች በተደራጀ ሁኔታ ተዘርግተው የቡና ምርትን በብዛት ለማድረቅ ይጠቅማሉ።

የማድረቂያ አልጋው አሠራር

የማድረቂያ አልጋ በተለምዶ ከጠንካራ የእንጨት ወይም የብረት ክፈፍ ይሠራል። በላዩ ላይ አየር እንዲያልፍ የሚያስችል ንጹህ የመረብ ወይም የሽቦ መደርደሪያ ይዘረጋል። አልጋው ከመሬት ከፍ ብሎ መሠራቱ ከአፈር፣ ከእርጥበት፣ ከቆሻሻና ከእንስሳት ጋር ቀጥተኛ ንክኪን ይከላከላል።

በማድረቂያው ላይ የቡና ቼሪዎች በተመጣጣኝ ውፍረት ይዘረጋሉ። ቡናው በፀሐይና በአየር በመረዳት ቀስ በቀስ እርጥበቱን ያጣል። በዚህ ሂደት ቡናው በየጊዜው በመገልበጥና በመነቃቃት እኩል እንዲደርቅ ይደረጋል። ከዝናብ፣ ከጠንካራ ፀሐይ ወይም ከከፍተኛ እርጥበት ሁኔታ ለመጠበቅ የሚንቀሳቀስ መሸፈኛ መጠቀም ይቻላል።

የማድረቂያ አልጋ ዋና ጥቅሞች

1. የቡናን ጥራት ይጠብቃል
ቡናው ከመሬት ከፍ ብሎ ስለሚደርቅ ከአፈርና ከሌሎች ቆሻሻዎች የሚመጣ ብክለትን ይቀንሳል።

2. እኩል የሆነ ማድረቅን ያስችላል
የቡና ቼሪዎች በቀጭኑ ስለሚዘረጉ አየር በቡናው መካከል በቀላሉ ይዘዋወራል። ይህም የማድረቂያ ሂደቱን የተመጣጠነ ያደርገዋል።

3. የቡናን ጣዕምና መዓዛ ለመጠበቅ ይረዳል
በተቆጣጠረ የማድረቅ ሂደት የቡና ተፈጥሯዊ ጣዕም፣ መዓዛ እና የኩባያ ጥራት በተሻለ ሁኔታ ሊጠበቅ ይችላል።

4. የሻጋታ እድልን ይቀንሳል
በቂ የአየር ዝውውር እና በየጊዜው መገልበጥ እርጥበት እንዳይከማች ይረዳል። ይህም የሻጋታና የማይፈለጉ የመፍላት ሂደቶችን ለመቀነስ ያግዛል።

5. የልዩ ጥራት ቡና ለማምረት ይረዳል
በተለይ ልዩ ጥራት ያለው ቡና ሲመረት የማድረቅ ሂደት በጣም ወሳኝ ነው። በጥሩ ሁኔታ የተደረቀ ቡና የተሻለ የኩባያ መገለጫ እንዲኖረው ያግዛል።

በማድረቅ ጊዜ ሊጠነቀቁ የሚገቡ ነገሮች

ቡናው በማድረቂያ አልጋ ላይ ሲሆን በየጊዜው መገልበጥ፣ የቆሸሹ ወይም የተበላሹ ቼሪዎችን መለየት፣ ከዝናብ መጠበቅ እና የማድረቂያውን ንጽህና መጠበቅ አስፈላጊ ነው። የማድረቅ ጊዜም እንደ የአየር ሁኔታ፣ የቡና ዓይነት፣ የቼሪው እርጥበት እና የተዘረጋው የቡና መጠን ይለያያል።
