Have a passion for Thai food? You've come to the right place. Sawasdee kha, I'm Porntipa Ilvesmäki. Please see the pictures under the Fruit Carving section.

I wish to share with you the cooking secrets of two generations of my family, long line of chefs. I'm arranging hands-on cooking lessons on how to make Original Southern Thai and Bangkok style Thai food using the ingredients available in Finland. Preparing Thai food does not have to take hours, some dishes can be made fast. In addition I can teach how to use regular Finnish vegetables to decorate your meal in my fruit and vegetable carving lessons. You are most welcome to join!
