Back to baking 🫸🍞🫷 Creating my first cookbook has kept me busy for a loooong time -> my poor sourdough's been neglected for a loooong time. But with the book soon in printing, I'm slowly getting back to my baking routine!

These pictures are of my wild spinach & ancient grain sourdough from a few summers ago (recipe is on my website), but my current interest is actually pan de cristal! It's been super fun to play around with 100% hydration. Is anyone else gotten into high hydration loaves lately?

Life lately: 🛋️👩‍💻🥵 My first cookbook is almost finished, and it feels like I've ran a marathon!

I've worked on the book almost all of my free time since last September. I can't wait to be finished and have a proper holiday - but it's also so hard to let go of this passion project. I'm sure many of you can relate 😅

Anyway. Here was my dinner from the other night: anneletti pasta with wild asparagus, agretti, yellow zucchini, leeks and garlic. A little pecorino romano & lemon zest too, why not!
