It all started with a jar, a SCOBY, and a spark of curiosity—and has grown into a passion for natural fermentation and gut-loving fizz. Every bottle of ilo kombucha is handcrafted using organic teas, real ingredients, and traditional brewing methods. No shortcuts, no artificial stuff—just honest, feel-good flavor.

We’re still playing with flavors, chasing that perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and a little unexpected. 🍋🌸 Each brew is inspired by the seasons, nature, and the joy of experimenting.
