Vacancy – Head Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will specialize in both Chinese and Indian cuisine, bringing creativity, consistency, and strong leadership to the role.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu development, maintaining high food quality standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring hygiene and safety compliance. You will also mentor and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute authentic Chinese and Indian dishes
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Maintain quality control, hygiene, and safety standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Train and lead kitchen staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
Strong expertise in Chinese and Indian cuisine
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
