Wishing everyone a Happy New Year filled with health, happiness, and sweet moments.

Kicking off the year from my home kitchen with this rich, moist vegetarian chocolate cake, inspired by the texture of a Black Forest but made entirely vegetarian and without cherries ⏰🎂. Every detail, from the fondant clock numbers to the “Hello 2026” on top, was crafted with care — a little celebration to welcome the new year.

For everyone who has supported this journey — thank you. Your encouragement makes this home-operated, part-time passion project meaningful, and allows me to keep creating sweet moments from Suva, Nausori, and beyond.
