☀️ Summer on a plate: Grilled Salmon & Mango Avocado Salsa 🥭🥑🐟

Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour — the perfect recipe for warm evenings and outdoor dining.

Ingredients:
• 2 salmon portions from Bakkafrost
• 1 ripe mango, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• ½ red onion, finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Fresh cilantro or parsley
• Salt & pepper

Method:
1️⃣ Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill for 3–4 minutes per side.
2️⃣ Mix mango, avocado, onion, lime juice, and herbs in a bowl.
3️⃣ Top the grilled salmon with the salsa and serve immediately.

Simple, fresh, and ready in under 20 minutes. 🌿
