Its history is intimately linked to the village created in the year thousand, known for its famous “Circulade”, said snail of Aigne. This refers to the very shape of the buildings that surround the parish church of Saint Martin, the centre of the village. A circular village is a medieval village whose circle is the basis of the whole system. It is therefore naturally that the symbol of the Circulade is the emblem of the Domaine Sainte Luchaïre rooted deeply in the land of the village.
