ly reflect the richness of Côte Chalonnaise "terroirs". Domaine des Perdrix, located in the heart of Côte de Nuits, has been managed by the Devillard family since 1996. It spreads over 30 acres in the best "terroirs" of Nuits Saint Georges and Vosne Romanée. Almost 13 acres are classified Nuits Saint Georges 1er cru among which the famous "Aux-Perdrix" which is a "quasi-mononopole". Thanks to the great quality of its "terroirs", the attention given to the vines, a careful vinification and a fine agening in oak barrels, the Domaine des Perdrix is recognized as one of the most well-known and valuable estates in Burgundy.
