A portfolio of some of my cakes Hi, I'm Stephanie Fritchley. I am a professional cake designer and maker, living in the Charente region of South West France.

This page is a portfolio of some of my work. Commissions range from the simplest designs to, as you can see, the utterly whacky and I spend a great deal of time creating something very special and unique for my clients. As I have spent many years working on recipes for people on restricted diets, a number of commissions are for people who wanted to be able to have a special occasion cake that both they and their guests could enjoy.
