Cuvée Les Cinq Filles blanc, is a unique Blanc de Blancs where the grapes are grown from the chalky range of the Cote de Blancs and lightly sandy, transcendent soils of Verzenay in Ch*****ne. From unique terroir in AVIZE highly cultivated organically, it typically produces the world’s most renowned Chardonnay varieties. Les Cinq Filles differs as it was created on 100% Chardonnay grape with

no added dosage at disgorgement, is truly a Grand Cru. Bubbles
The beautiful outburst of light soft sparkling bubbles, is magical. Each soft, fresh bubble brings to the palate a delightfully long- lasting finish. As a zero dosage at around 60 calories a glass, it's golden delicious apple with buttery notes is a delightfully elegant cuvée for those more conscientious.

There is no right or wrong answer when choosing Rosé Ch*****ne, it’s just a matter of taste and preference . Todays highlight is our Flagship Rosé De Saigneé tomorrow will highlight our Rosé blend , which one do your prefer ? The ripe Pinot Noir of the Aube combined with long sur latte ageing, gives this ch*****ne a wonderful depth of flavour, with notes of strawberries, citrus and green apples, enveloped in subtle autolytic notes and underlined by a crisp acidity. Pairs perfectly with grilled lobster and fermented cherries. The intense fruitiness and red berry melange, alongside the round mouthfeel and precise acidity of the Rosé, complements the sweetness of the lobster meat and the cherry flavours.
