Throwback to the good times when I was part of the Refugee Food Festival! I have worked with the Refugee Food Festival since the beginning of the project and became one of the ambassadors of the initiative. With the Refugee Food Festival I cooked alongside great chefs: in 2018 at La maison Troisgros in Ouches (69) with Michel and César Troisgros and at the Refettorio Paris Madeleine • In 2017 at Clamato alongside Bertrand Grébaut • In 2016 at L 'Friend Jean with Stéphane Jégo.
