It’s that wonderful time of the year where we take advantage of seasonal products like Marron Glacé. When Chestnuts live their best lives.
There’s nothing like a Mont Blanc - and in this case a homemade one. Have you had it??
We woke up today to a real treat: the first dusting of snow for the season. Such a rarity in Paris to see as it usually is gone as quickly as it arrives ❄️

Since 2009, we have enjoyed Thanksgiving with old and new faces around the table - it’s a holiday that combines our two favorite things: food and friendship. We’re grateful for every single day of the year, but today gives us extra pause to say thanks to all of you for being a part of our LCP family ❤️ Merci Beaucoup to each and every one of you!

PARIS (AP) — The mascots for the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics have been revealed — a Phrygian cap. The soft red cap, also known as a liberty cap, is an updated version of a conical hat worn in antiquity in places such as Persia, the Balkans, Thrace, Dacia and Phrygia, a place in modern da...
This past weekend. One of those sunsets that made everyone walking along the Seine stop, take a 10 minute pause and appreciate the view.

Soaking up the warm weather this week. Any idea where we are?
It’s Wednesday, which means we’re at one of our favorite outdoor markets: Marché Monge. Located in the 5th, it’s filled with a variety of vendors plus stands straight from local farms.
What’s in season, au marché? Plenty of apples, mushrooms and squash 🥰

This time of year we get a lot of questions about the Markets in Paris. If you know Paris by now, you’ll know that the end of July and August means ‘vacances’! The Parisians tend to head away for their summer enjoyment. You’ll find the vendors on Market follow the same rhythm. Don’t let that stop you from exploring. This time of year, Bastille Market (Marché Richard Lénoir is the official name) is usually a safe option. It’s the perfect stop before your Seine side picnic! . . . . . . #visitparis #marchesdeparis #frenchmarket #flowerpower
It’s almost June and these baskets of beauty welcomed us today au marché 😍🍅. A sign of summer to come in Paris!
Tell me it’s a Saturday in Paris and watch the viennoiseries appear 🥐 Which one of the above is your favorite Saturday treat? (It’s perfectly acceptable - encouraged even - to say all of the above 😉) We’re visiting La Fête du Pain aka festival of all things boulangerie. It’s in front of the Notre Dame and goes on from today until May 22nd. More in stories!
✨ HOW TO PIPE MACARON SHELLS ✨ Sound on! 📣 Piping macarons can be tricky, and if it’s not done right your shells can be lopsided, burst open or not be the shape you want. So here’s our video on pipe macarons: What to do and what NOT to do. Let’s get to it! #baking #bakingtime #macarons #howto #frenchbaking
It’s a cold day in Paris 🇫🇷 so we experimented with some winter macaron flavors! Spiced Chocolat Chaud with toasted meringue - we used some of the leftover meringue from the macaron batter and brûlée’d it to pair with a spiced chocolate ganache. Just like cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows 🥰 What do you think? (And no, they didn’t last long 😆)
📣 Volume Up! The sound of hand-massaged butter. Because, bien sûr, we do that in France! 🇫🇷 and yes, it does make it taste that much better 😋
Sometimes the only way to get through these hot Parisian summer nights is to go and do some street salsa dancing at Quai de Jussieu!!! What is your go to dance style :P
Sometimes you just have to make a work of art! Check out our Van Gogh inspired macarons this morning :) What's your go-to weekend bake?
Work stopped (just for a few minutes, mind!) as we ran out to watch the fly-by for Bastille Day! 🇲🇫️🇲🇫️🇲🇫️
Just a glimpse of the amazing turn out yesterday :) We hope you are having an equally wonderful weekend!!
