It’s been a while… almost a year.

The last time I posted here was sometime last summer.
So much has happened since then.

I was traveling, and somehow that journey led me to Paris.
I completed my 9-month Cuisine Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and graduated.
Now I’m still here, continuing my studies at Ritz Escoffier, learning pastry.

I’ve been sharing bits of my life on Instagram,
but for some reason it wasn’t connected to my page.

And honestly… I missed you.

Coming back after a whole year,
I didn’t know what to expect.
But seeing so many of you still here, still waiting,
it truly means more to me than I can explain.

The past year hasn’t been easy.
There were moments I needed to step away,
to take time, to breathe, to find my way again.

But I’m here now.
And I’m really happy to be back.
