This green curry for your Monday lunch is just perfect. All you need is some fresh veggies in your fridge: broccoli 🥦 carrots 🥕 onions 🧅 zucchini some radishes and cashew nuts, I also added green curry paste and herbs 🌿 basil 🌿 and chives. Delicious 😋
