It’s been boiling here, 41 degrees on the weekend 🔥
So I’ve been recipe developing some classics - here we have my vanilla made with organic ingredients, packed full of vanilla pods, with a hint rose water syrup - made with homegrown roses topped with crushed pistachios.
Happy midsummer 🌸🌸🌸

Il fait bouillir ici, 41 degrés le week-end 🔥
J'ai donc développé des recettes de recettes classiques - ici, nous avons ma vanille faite avec des ingrédients biologiques, remplie de gousses de vanille, avec un soupçon de sirop d'eau de rose - faite avec des roses du potager surmontées de pistaches concassées.

What a busy week! Firstly a mid week chateau wedding in Normandy & then out with Esta yesterday, serving up scoops for the loveliest couple Audrey & Kosi & their guests at the beautiful venue
