We are looking for passionate professionals to join our team in Obour for two exciting opportunities: Lab Analyst and Lab Analyst - AGRO.

Job Description (For both roles):
-Inspect and evaluate incoming potato deliveries according to approved quality specifications.
-Perform physical and quality tests, including size, defects, dry matter/specific gravity, reducing sugars, and fry color.
-Record inspection and laboratory results accurately in the approved system.
-Accept or reject raw potatoes based on quality standards and specifications.
-Report non-conforming materials and communicate deviations to Production, Procurement, and Suppliers.
-Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, clean, and in good working condition.
-Collect representative samples according to the approved sampling plan.
-Comply with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, and laboratory safety requirements.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
-Minimum 6 months of experience in a food quality laboratory or raw material inspection.
-Knowledge of potato quality parameters and laboratory testing techniques is preferred.
-Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
