We got a tree from Aberdeenshire Christmas Tree Adoption last year, but unfortunately our wee tree didn’t survive 😞 but they kindly invited me, John and Ellie back to choose another one this year🎄

You get to choose your own living Christmas tree and you can even name your tree!

And this year they’ve got FREE CLICK & COLLECT! You can book a time slot online, head along to Ardallie and collect your tree yourself. Delivery and collection is still available too.

They’re also planning an open day with hot chocolates and things for the kids, so keep an eye on their socials for more information

🐾 SNEAK PEEK 🐾

I was in Blackburn visiting Laura at Fluffin Adorable Lounge, and look how smart her wee grooming lounge is! 😍

I got to watch a full groom from start to finish and I genuinely had nae idea how much work went into it. Laura is such a perfectionist and takes so much time making sure everything is just right 🐶✂️

🏡 Have a look at this absolutely stunning development!

I got to have a proper look around the Mill of Boyndie development by Ken Barbour Builders, tucked away between Banff and Whitehills and what a beautiful place to live 😍

They currently have one finished home available and ready to move into. Everything has been finished to such a high standard, with a gorgeous modern interior, air-source heating, solar panels and an electric car charging point.

I also got to visit two of the homes that have already been lived in for over a year. Both owners have decorated them completely differently, but they are equally beautiful and the owners couldn’t speak highly enough of their homes or the development 🥰

It’s so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by countryside and trees, but still close to Banff, Whitehills, the beach and loads of lovely walks. It feels rural without being miles away from everything!

The development has also been designed around the original B-listed farmhouse, which Ken Barbour Ltd are currently restoring and converting while keeping as much of its original character as possible. I got a wee look inside and cannot wait to see it finished!

Ken Barbour Ltd is a family run business established in 1979, covering the whole North East. As well as new builds, they also carry out renovations, demolition, commercial and residential work and plant hire.

Today I was at Fluffin Adorable Lounge in Blackburn a new dog grooming business run by Laura from her gorgeous little grooming pod 🐶✂️

She gave one of her beautiful Cockapoos the full works, from the bath and blow dry right through to all the clipping, shaping and finishing touches. Laura is an absolute perfectionist and takes so much time making sure every little bit is just right 😍

We finished the trip to Blackburn with a wee stop at Starbucks cause Tootsie and Ellie were good at work with mum so they got a wee treat at the end 🥰
