This Aldi Scotland sourdough bread mix was so easy to do in the bread maker, and tasted great!

Just added the mix, along with 350ml water, and put it on the basic white loaf setting.

Had some for breakfast, with black garlic and black seseme paste mushrooms.

Back to the reality of work today.

Lunch today was THISā„¢ Plant-Based Food Butter Bean slices, Violife Greek White, and salad veg (including home grown šŸ…) on a wrap.

Today we went to the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary The bears are looking much more settled compared to when we last visited, not long after they had moved.

The food in the cafe is fully plant based, including picnic boxes for children. The cafe was noisy, but there is a seating area at the front that might have been quieter. We all really enjoyed our meals.

Today, we visited Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary

Entry is free, although they deserve a donation, and they have over 100 rescued donkeys, mules and shetland ponies. Well worth a visit if you're on the island.

The cafe has vegan options. We had the vegan tasting platter and a vegan cheese and beans baked potato.
