My husband and I moved to Wales in 2014, prior to this I was working at the Carlton Club in London for 5 years as a chef where I learnt a wide range of skills and, politics aside, as part of the kitchen team prepared dinner for David Cameron, Boris Johnson and Margaret Thatcher. I also earned a diploma in culinary arts from Westminster Kingsway College. Upon moving here I found a job in the Penhel

ig Arms in Aberdovey where I was head chef. After this I was looking for a new challenge which has brought me here, having schooled as a pasty chef in the past and of course my own love of all things sweet, running my own patisserie business seemed the perfect direction to follow.
