S’mores cookie dough bars 😋. If you would like to order some they come in batches of 9 as pictured for just £14 and can be frozen for up to three months or kept for 3/4 days from fresh , perfect as a treat in the office or an after school pick me up!!

So Baked by Sash on tour has ended for the summer. Hope you enjoyed the tour and the tour will be back again soon, watch this space! Full menu and Friday treat menu is available daily should you wish to order. September is filling up fast so don’t be disappointed and get your orders in. Now doing mix and match on the cookies. Again I hope you enjoyed the tour… reverse order we went to Abingdon local excellence market with my other business, wake the tiger in Bristol, Shopping and dino brick hunting in Reading, Buckleberry Deer Park, Rolling Fields Glamping, Windsor for the elephant trail, Windsor saville gardens for more elephants, Dunstable downs, and The lavender fields in the Cotswolds. 😍😊

So at the beginning of the week I had the absolute pleasure of creating a regular customer’s wedding cake for her. Not only did I create her wedding cake and some gluten free vanilla cupcakes but I also created some name place jars and a centre piece for her wedding reception meal at the Fox at Boars hill. I went and set up the cake table and their table for their meal in a way that I chose as I had been trusted enough by the customer to do so. Combining both my businesses to create the table set up and the cake table set up was like a dream come true (the cake itself was a 8” 3 layer chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and salted caramel sauce throughout and gluten free vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream).
