🐄🔥 Now that’s not something you see every day!

This absolute beast graded out at 56.5% killing-out percentage, with a whopping 549.6kg deadweight and a marble score of 10 — the highest score possible! 🥩🏆

For those who don’t know, the killing-out percentage is how much of the animal’s liveweight ends up as carcass weight, while marbling is the fat within the meat that helps give it flavour and tenderness. A score of 10 is top marks! 👌

Another great load away, made up mostly of males, which certainly helps when it comes to achieving those heavier weights. 💪 There were a few that weren’t quite as impressive in the mix too, but sure, we can’t have them all! 🤣

For anyone wondering, deadweight is the weight of the carcass after slaughter, before it’s broken down into individual cuts of meat.
