This week is Refugee Week and at T&T, we are baking for courage.

Earl grey Ensaymada (Spanish/Philippians bread) is our solidarity bake for Bake for Courage, a campaign we are proud to support alongside other bakeries and caterers across the UK.

Each bake is made with organic tea from a specialty tea company and social enterprise that invests its profits into hospitality training and employment for refugees at their Trampoline Cafe in London.

We were delighted to attend the charity auction gala hosted by Send Coffee and support an evening dedicated to raising funds for an important cause. ☕️ ✨

The event brought together local businesses, community leaders, and supporters for a fantastic night of generosity, connection, and giving back. From the exciting auction to the incredible atmosphere, it was inspiring to see so many people come together to make a positive impact.

A huge thank you to Send Coffee for hosting such a successful event and to everyone who contributed to helping raise charity. We’re proud to have been part of such a meaningful evening and look forward to supporting future initiatives that strengthen our community. &tate

Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting in Cornwall with some of our valued clients and chefs.

From the moment the catch arrives fresh from the sea, through to the careful handling and preparation, we were able to see first-hand the journey of the quality seafood we are proud to serve.

The British summer had other plans, so no fishing for us this time… but the team more than made up for it with a visit to their oyster farm. Freshly shucked oysters, straight from the sea - it doesn’t get much better.

A huge thank you to the Flying Fish team for your hospitality and for sharing your knowledge and passion for sustainable, high-quality seafood.

On Thursday last week, we celebrated the different cultures within one of our teams. It was beautiful to see the team having discussions about their heritage, individuality and cultural traditions, bringing this to life through delicious food.

Cornel - Salata de Vinete with toasted ciabatta, celebrating Romania 🇷🇴
Stella - Sweet fried plantain, jollof rice and vegetable stew, celebrating Sierra Leone 🇸🇱
Marcel - Jamaican curry goat with rice and peas, celebrating Jamaica 🇯🇲
