We’re back with a menu packed full of Low & Slow Smoked BBQ.

We trialed a new Cherry cola glaze for our Ribs and i think its safe to say it turned out incredible

Due to the quantities some of our products come in, and the amount of Pre-orders we have received for sundays pop up, We will have 3 trays worth of meat left

If anyone who missed the deadline and would still like to order then DM us what size tray and the items you would like on it.

Don't miss out on one of our delicious Wildfire Catering meat platters this Sunday, available for collection between 4:00pm and 6:00pm from the Village Hall.

We also have our normal menu available that doesn't require preorder.

Pre-orders close tomorrow at 12:00pm (midday), so be sure to get yours in before it's too late! You can order by simply sending us a direct message.

Why not make an evening of it? The Village Hall will be open with indoor seating and a fully stocked bar, so you can relax with a drink while enjoying your BBQ feast.

We understand the cost of living is increasing, times are hard and the school holidays are days away!

We will be offering free children's meals with every adult meal purchased at selected pop up events over the summer holidays.

When you buy an adult meal, you can select a child's burger or hotdog meal for free.

This will be a pre order only item via our website or if you can send us a DM with your order.

Our next pop up will be 2nd August 4pm-6pm, picket piece social club

This offer is not valid with our meat platters.

Stroopwafel cones filled with cherry cola brine pulled pork, smoked in a bacon and jalapeño rub with a spicy Mac & Cheese

Pulled pork

Injected with cherry cola, before a dry bacon & jalapeño dry rub is used.

Will smoked this for around 7/8 hours I'd expect before letting it rest before pulling

Last weekend at the picket piece social club

We offered a 2 hour service window and sold out in just over an hour of consistent customers queuing!

Our first customer arrived early and waited due to missing out on our previous event.

Don't be late for August 2nd 4pm till 6pm.

We offer take away trays but encourage people to take a seat in the halls garden, buy a cold cider and just enjoy these warm evenings before the inevitable winter draws in
