One of the things I enjoy most about roasting coffee is experimenting with how different coffees work together.

Creating the Bealach Na Bà Blend wasn't about finding the most unusual or expensive coffees, but finding two coffees that genuinely work well together and roasting them in a way that lets each one shine.

Whether you're pulling an espresso at home, making a cafetière before work, or brewing a V60 on a slow morning, we wanted this to be a coffee you could come back to day after day without ever getting bored of it.

Hi folks!
Firstly, a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the roastery and the pop-up over the last few months, it has been a lot of fun getting the pop-up cafe up and running!
Just a quick note to say the cafe will be closed for a few days from Mon 15th June till Wed 17th. The cafe has been open every day so I’m just taking the opportunity while it’s relatively quiet to get a wee change of scenery for a few days and come back fresh for the 2nd half of the season. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Lastly, please stay tuned for an exciting update about our new improved Bealach Blend which we will be rolling out soon as well as some in depth features showcasing some of the awesome coffee we are currently stocking!

Hi Folks

Super excited to announce that the Applecross Roastery Pop-Up will be open at the campsite from Wednesday the 1st of April (not an April fools!)
Everybody welcome. There will be Applecross Roastery coffee (including our new decaf), hot and cold drinks as well as a small selection of hot and cold snacks.
Opening times are 08.30 till 12.00, daily.
Can’t wait to see you all there 😊

Hi folks, just to let you all know that the roastery will be closed for a few days over Christmas. In order to ensure a Christmas delivery, please order before Saturday the 20th. Alternatively, all orders received after Saturday will be roasted fresh on the 28th ready to be posted out on Monday the 29th.

Hi Folks
It has been a busy few weeks here at the roastery and we are really excited to introduce to you our 2 brand new single origin offerings.
Guatemala La Bolsa- This is our first ever Festive Roast. It is a stunning washed coffee from the Guatemalan highlands and oozes all the flavours of Christmas with notes of milk chocolate, orange, praline and treacle.
Ethiopia Gedeb Lalesa - This is a truly unique naturally processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. This has quickly become a roastery favourite and boasts flavour notes of peach, mango, lemon and milk chocolate.
Both of these coffees are now available to purchase through our online store - applecrossroastery.coffee where you will also find our new 3 and 6 month subscription options.
Applecross Roastery would also like to say a special thank you to Valerie of who has been the creative force behind all of our branding and imaging from the very beginning and we are very lucky to have her onboard.
