For us, it’s about finding coffees we’re excited to roast, working with suppliers we trust, and understanding more about the people and places behind each coffee we bring into the roastery.

One of the things I enjoy most about roasting coffee is experimenting with how different coffees work together.

Creating the Bealach Na Bà Blend wasn't about finding the most unusual or expensive coffees, but finding two coffees that genuinely work well together and roasting them in a way that lets each one shine.

Whether you're pulling an espresso at home, making a cafetière before work, or brewing a V60 on a slow morning, we wanted this to be a coffee you could come back to day after day without ever getting bored of it.
