Did you know that Chinook hops elevate our Curious Session IPA, introducing grapefruit, pine, citrus, and a spicy resinous edge to the ale?

Chinook hops are a classic, American hop - pioneered in the early eighties, their usage has been refined over time. A little over forty years ago, they were responsible for bittering brews - nowadays, we’re introducing them to the world from Kent as a part of our SIPA’s complex taste, bringing celebrations to even greater heights.
