The last long weekend of summer is here, and it deserves a proper send-off. The kind of weekend made for catching up with friends, no rush, no agenda, just good company and something delicious in your glass.

Last week, we set up shop at The Understudy at the National Theatre 🎭

Tucked beneath the stage, surrounded by theatre-goers in for a show and curious sippers just passing through, we poured glass after glass of REAL slow fermented sparkling tea, made the long way, tasting nothing like anyone expected.

The verdict? A lot of surprised faces, a lot of "wait, what is this?", and a lot of guests coming back for round two before curtain call.

☀️ Introducing the REAL Paloma Spritz ☀️

We first poured this at Summer Soirée last month and it didn't last long.
You'll need:
🥃 40ml tequila
🍊 50ml grapefruit juice
🍯 5ml of agave syrup
🫧 Top with 100ml REAL Dry, our slow-fermented sparkling tea
Build over ice, give it a gentle stir, and let the REAL Dry do the talking on top.
Want everyone at the table to raise a glass? Swap in 0.0 tequila for a non-alcoholic version that's just as bright, just as balanced, zero compromise.
Inexplicably delicious, however you pour it. 🥂
