Stobbs the baker has always been part of the Ayrshire community and we are proud to bring quality and traditional baked goods to local retail and wholesale customers. In the 1950's the Gilardi family came to Scotland, to join their friends and family already settled in Ayrshire. They soon became part of the community and decided to set up a bakery business - to bring together what is best in Itali

an baking and Scottish traditional baking. The Gilardi family have now been serving Scotland with delicious cakes and bread products for many years. Quality never goes out of date, and the quality of their traditionally baked goods, have stood the test of time. Today the Gilardi bakery has merged its Italian roots with the Scottish name of Stobbs combining the flavours of Scotland and Italy into one company.
