A dual maturation of White Peak Distillery lightly peated spirit, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, and finished in first-fill Calvados casks for three years. Calvados, an apple cider brandy from northern France, matured in these casks for a decade. 🇫🇷🍏

A sweet, fruity and elegant single malt whisky, bursting with fresh apple notes, presenting their trademark mouthfeel, and a gentle lingering wisp of smoke. Perfect for summertime highballs! 🥃☀️

Fully matured in first-fill Ruby Port Pipes, sourced from a vineyard in the Douro Valley - one of the oldest protected wine regions in the world 🇵🇹
Wolfburn Whisky sourced these casks in 2016, and have produced a beautifully sweet and rounded 10-year-old whisky with outstanding depth of flavour!

🥃 NEW! Torabhaig - Taigh
The distillery’s first permanent core release, with ‘Taigh’ meaning ‘house’ in Scottish Gaelic.

Torabhaig tend to favour first-fill Bourbon barrels. It’s the perfect partner for their house style ‘Smoke with Taste’ - elegant, delicate and balanced expression of peat. Notes of vanilla, sweet spice and honey harmonise beautifully with gentle smoke. They’ve also used some refill Bourbon casks and Madeira casks. This allows the natural distillery character to shine through and brings a softening roundness.

🥃 Torabhaig - Cnoc Na Moine
Matured in a distinctive combination of Bourbon American Oak, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez casks. This release combines rich sherry notes and a darker, more profound hue with the robust peatiness that defines Torabhaig.

🥃 Torabhaig - Sound of Sleat
Created by using a mix of concerto and laureate malted barley, with an in-grain phenols level of 78+ppm and in-glass phenols level of 14.5ppm. Fermented with pinnacle mg+ yeast and aged solely in Quercus Alba American Oak.

One of the most northerly distilleries on the Scottish Mainland, Wolfburn Whisky, founded in 2012, has, in a small space of time, established itself as a first-class player within the Scotch whisky industry.

Released to celebrate 25 years since the reopening of Bruichladdich Distillery in 2001! The founders focused on authenticity, transparency, and flavour, putting Islay and its community first. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Old Skool is made from 100% Islay-grown barley, sourced from local farmers for over 20 years, supporting the island’s agriculture while ensuring high quality and traceability. Matured primarily in selected first fill Bourbon Casks (95%) with a parcel matured in first fill Sauternes White Wine Casks (5%). 🥃🌾🍷

💛 Bruichladdich - Yellow Submarine III

🎉The legend resurfaces to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Bruichladdich Distillery reopening its gates in 2001!

🌊 Bruichladdich’s Yellow Submarine legacy began in the summer of 2005, when Islay fishermen John Baker and Harold Hastie found a small, bright yellow Ministry of Defence submarine off the coast of Islay and brought it to shore. The remotely controlled submersible remained on Islay while the MOD arranged its collection. To commemorate the event, Bruichladdich released Whisky of Mass Distinction II ‘Yellow Submarine’. The first bottles were presented to the Navy men who came to Islay to retrieve the sub.

⚓️ Yellow Submarine III joins Bruichladdich’s Whisky of Mass Distinction lineage. This tongue-in-cheek series started with the first release in 2004 when US Military Intelligence bizarrely flagged the distillery as a potential site where weapons of mass destruction could be created. The mistake was due to a large amount of copper being shipped by barge to be used in distilling.

🥃 This release has been distilled using 100% Scottish Barley, aged for 14 years in 75% first-fill Bourbon Casks and 25% French Red Wine Casks, inspired by the original Yellow Submarine from 2005.

Beautifully balanced and rounded, honeyed oats and buttery shortbread open on the nose, with pink peppercorns and a hint of ginger punctuating this sweet character ⚖️🍯🍪
Creamy crème brûlée adds to the spirit’s luxuriously smooth texture, complemented with crisp apple and pear on the palate 🍮🍎🍐
Gentle spice and toasted hazelnut settle on the finish while a hint of sea salt linger 🌶️🌰🧂

OUT TODAY! West Midlands Distillery - Albion 🎉

This is the third whisky release from West Midlands Distillery and is a tribute to the thriving English whisky scene. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

‘Albion’ is the oldest recorded name for England and the islands of Great Britain. The name comes from the Latin ‘albus’, meaning ‘white’, and likely refers to the white cliffs of Dover - the striking landmark that greeted ancient travellers approaching the island.

‘Albion’ marries together English Barley, English Ale Yeast, and three Virgin English Oak Casks, sourced in Staffordshire. These wonderful English ingredients combine to create a rich, full bodied, unpeated bottling. 🥃

Their signature rich, bold, thick spirit remains at the core of this release, with toffee and caramel up front leading to wood spice through the middle. This gives way to cherry battenburg and a dry spiced finish. 🍮🍒🌶️
The Virgin Staffordshire Oak is the highlight here but remains balanced with the rich, bold spirit. The dry finish from the tannins really encourages another sip.

Like their previous releases, the distillery team individually hand-paints every bottle, along with one side of the outer sleeve. It comes presented in their signature fan box, with a map of the Black Country and Birmingham area.
