OUT TODAY! 🎉

Cù Bòcan - Creation #9 🥃

This is the ninth release in the Cù Bòcan Creations Series - a marriage of two contrasting maturations of the lightly peated spirit, distilled in 2008.

One has fully matured in American Virgin Oak casks, giving character notes of cinnamon French toast, buttery sweetness and spiced orange. 🧈🍊

The other has been finished in Manzanilla Sherry casks, adding flavours of salted caramel, sour apple and toasted almonds. 🍮🍏

After being combined together, there’s also notes of sweet and salty popcorn, crisp orchard fruit and cinnamon. 🍿🍐

A limited release of 3800 bottles.

Tomatin • 12 Years Old • Sherry Cask

This rich, decadent Tomatin Wh**ky bottling has been fully matured in first-fill Sherry casks for 12 years. This smooth, heavily sherried single malt is bursting with flavour and very easy drinking - perfect for these chillier months! 🍁🍷

Notes of caramelised apple and pear lead, balanced with a wonderful mix of sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather. 🍎🍇🍊
Deeper on the palate with notes of chocolate fudge and manuka honey, along with dried fruit and nut. 🍫🍯🥜
The finish is warm and round with a sweet, cinnamon spice. 🔥🥃🍬

NEW IN! - Lindores Friar John 2026 🎉🥃

The Friar John bottlings are a yearly celebration of the man at the core of the Lindores Abbey Distillery wh**ky legacy!

The history of the distillery dates back to the 12th century, when David Earl of Huntingdon founded the abbey. In the year 1494, in the exchequer rolls of Dunfermline (the Scottish capital at the time) it was recorded -

“To Friar John Cor, 8 bolls of Malt, wherewith to make Aqua Vitae for King James IV”.

This was the first ever written mention of wh**ky being made in Scotland - Friar John Cor was the Friar of Lindores Abbey.

This 2026 edition has been fully matured in Ruby Port casks.

Nose - Mellow dates, dark raisins covered in chocolate, figs and berry jam with nutty notes and cinnamon 🍇🫐🥜
Palate - Rich strawberry jam, dates, dark sugar syrup, vibrant spices, oaky vanilla with layers of chocolate, marzipan and roasted almonds. Soft texture on the palate, well balanced and high complexity 🍓🪵🍨
Finish - Long lasting finish with notes of chocolate and spices ⏳🍫🌶️

This is the very first Single Malt Scotch Wh**ky from RAER Wh**ky - who have only released Blended Wh**ky up until now!

Matured in a combination of Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Oloroso casks, this is a rich, full-flavoured wh**ky with warmth, depth and balance.

Limited to 6,000 individually hand-numbered bottles.

Tomatin - UK Exclusive 2011 - Cask 37316 🥃

This Single Cask bottling from Tomatin Wh**ky is a UK Exclusive, filled into Cask 37316 in March 2011. 🇬🇧 This 15 year old bottling spent 13 years of its maturation in a first-fill PX Sherry butt, before being bottled at cask strength. 🍷

Tomatin’s expert team personally selected the wh**ky and gently matured it to develop a complex flavour profile. Their soft, fruit-led spirit depends with layers of dark chocolate and warm spice, creating an elegant balance of distillery character and rich sherried profile. 🍇🍫🌶️

The first Single Malt Scotch Wh**ky to leave the Scottish Borders in two centuries! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 An 8 year old bottling, matured in 1st fill Bourbon and Madeira casks.

1st fill Bourbon barrels are the foundation of this wh**ky, and of every signature wh**ky that will follow. It brings notes of caramel, vanilla, honey and a soft, rounded sweetness. A final Madeira cask maturation takes it further, adding flavours of rich sultanas and even greater depth. 🍯🍬🍇

KILCHOMAN - COGNAC CASK MATURED 2026 😋

While it is common for distilleries to use Cognac casks to finish their wh**ky, Kilchoman Distillery has taken it a step further! This release has spent its full maturation period in ex-Cognac casks, allowing the French Oak to fully express itself 🇫🇷🪵🥃

They’ve combined spirit distilled in 2019 with 33 first-first barriques, resulting in a marriage of toasted nuts, warming spices and luscious stone fruit. This balances beautifully with Kilchoman’s distinctive peat smoke and bright citrus character 🥜💨🍊

Wire Works - Pineau des Charentes - White Peak Distillery 🥃

This release is a dual maturation of White Peak’s lightly peated spirit - initially matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in a 500 litre cask which previously held the namesake French aperitif 🇫🇷🍸

To make Pineau des Charentes, producers combine young, unaged Cognac eaux-de-vie with the fresh grape juice, also known as ‘must’. After spending time in casks, the result is similar to a fortified w**e 🍇🍷

In developing this single malt, the team at White Peak have created a rich and elegant wh**ky, which is bursting with dried fruits and nuts, and layered with notes of stone fruit 🍑🥜
