Osprey is a range of Single Malt Scotch Whiskies created by Aceo Spirits 🥃
The range takes its name from the bird, who are a regular presence near the River Spey in Speyside, and is intended to reflect the qualities associated with it 🦅

Our current MOTM is the Braeval Distillery edition of Osprey, which has been matured in luxurious Oloroso Sherry casks for 10 years. Cocoa and stewed fruits soar from the glass with flavours of walnuts, dates and allspice, that hover elegantly on the palate with every savoured sip. 🍫🍇🥜

Another absolutely stunning release from The Macallan 😍
Matured for a minimum of 18 years in predominantly Sherry seasoned European Oak casks, transforming the new make spirit into an exceptional whisky with notes of ginger, dates and dark chocolate.

The Wills’ select the Kilchoman Family Collection casks during their annual review of maturing stock. The five members of Kilchoman’s founding family individually select each release, bringing together distinctive choices that reflect their personal tastes, shared passion, and the developing character of Kilchoman.

The first edition of this collection features four expressions, showcasing the evolving influence of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks as Kilchoman reaches more significant age statements.

Kilkerran Heavily Peated - Batch No. 14 🥃

This is the latest batch of Kilkerran Single Malt Heavily Peated series, a departure from Kilkerran’s typically lightly peated single malt! Bottled at cask strength and around 45PPM, Batch No. 14 has been matured in 90% Bourbon and 10% Sherry Casks.

Official Tasting Notes
Nose - Honeycomb, wholemeal toast, chargrilled sea food and smokey bacon 🍯🦞🥓
Palate - Smoke, lemon shortbread, melon and ham 💨🍈🍖
Finish - Nicely balanced. Peat smoke, lemon zest, icing sugar and a sweet buttery mouthfeel 🍋🍬🧈
