WOW! Just look at this incredible Pumpkin Spiced Sourdough created by the very talented Anisha’s Cakes & Bakes 👩‍🍳! 😍👏

Packed with pumpkin seeds, juicy raisins, cashews and a generous helping of our Great Taste Award-winning Sweet Chai Cashew Butter ✨

All those gorgeous warming spices, crunchy nuts and autumnal flavours wrapped up in one beautiful loaf. We can only imagine how AMAZING this tastes, especially toasted with another generous dollop of Sweet Chai Cashew! 🤤

🍂 Well, these are just too cute not to share! 🐿️🤎

The very talented Katie from created these gorgeous Jellycat-inspired cinnamon rolls using our Hungry Squirrel Hazelnut Cacao butter in the filling, and we absolutely LOVE them! 😍

Soft, warm cinnamon rolls with a chocolatey, nutty Hazelnut Cacao centre… surely this is exactly the sort of baking autumn was made for? 🍁

We sent Katie a jar of our Hazelnut Cacao to get creative with, and safe to say she absolutely understood the assignment. 🙌🏼

Our Hazelnut Cacao is handmade by us in small batches here in Royal Deeside, using roasted hazelnuts and cacao for a rich, naturally delicious chocolate-nut butter, and apparently it makes a rather fabulous cinnamon roll filling too! 🤎

Huge thanks to Katie for creating these little beauties and letting us share her reel. 🥰

Who else now desperately wants a warm one of these with a cuppa? ☕️🐿️

✨ RETAILER SPOTLIGHT : VINTAGE & VINEGARS, MONTROSE ✨

I finally managed a visit to the gorgeous Vintage & Vinegars in Montrose, the new home of the very lovely Nicky & Alan, and what a fabulous little shop they’ve created! ❤️

Their description of “thoughtful things for gentle living” sums it up beautifully. It’s a wonderful mix of vintage furniture, antiques, handmade goods and a carefully chosen selection of Scottish food & drink… including a rather familiar selection of Hungry Squirrel nut butters and seasoned snacking nuts. 🐿️🥜

Nicky & Alan are also the clever people behind Sour Power Vinegars, making their own Apple C***r Vinegars infused with natural botanicals... and I wasn’t leaving without replenishing my supply of their incredible Sicilian Blood Orange & Warm Spices ACV 🍊😋

And when I say incredible, the Great Taste judges clearly agree…

Tomorrow you’ll find Hungry Squirrel at Huntly Hairst from 9am–3pm 🙌🏼🐿️

We’ll be bringing a rather delicious selection from The Nut House, including:
🥜 Our handmade nut butters - plenty of favourites to choose from
🌶️ Seasoned snacking nuts - perfect for nibbling with a weekend drink
🥣 Our Hungry Squirrel granolas - packed with nuts, seeds and all the good stuff

Everything is made by us in small batches here in Aberdeenshire, using carefully chosen ingredients and absolutely no palm oil. ❤️

Huntly Hairst is always a brilliant celebration of local food, farming, community and rural life, with over 60 stalls at the extended Farmers' Market - and entry is FREE!
