After 48 hours on the mountain… it’s time to bring everyone back together.

This Saturday we’ll be holding the Yr Wyddfa 9 x Everest Reunion Night.

A chance to reflect on the challenge, recognise the people who made it possible, hand out awards, share stories and properly say thank you.

What happened on that mountain wasn’t just a physical challenge.

It became a reminder of what can happen when people stop trying to carry everything alone and start showing up for each other.

To every challenger, support member, sponsor, family member and person who backed us throughout the event, this night is for you.

Same team. Different setting.

On Friday, became champions at Goodison Park 🏆⚽️

But this was never just about football.

This is what happens when men are given purpose.
When they’re given belonging.
When they’re surrounded by other men who genuinely want to see them win in life.

MenTribe FC started as a simple idea = lads getting together once a week for a kickabout, a laugh and an outlet from the pressures of life. What it became was something far bigger. A team. A community. A support network. A tribe.

People see a trophy.
We see men turning up week after week when life was trying to isolate them.
We see confidence rebuilt.
Friendships formed.
Men smiling again.

The biggest killer of men is still ourselves. Isolation. Silence. Feeling like we have to carry everything alone.

But what Friday showed is that when men stand shoulder to shoulder, support each other and move in the same direction, what we can achieve together is truly unstoppable.

This trophy belongs to every man who has ever turned up to a MenTribe session looking for something more.

Bank Holiday Sunday and the lads still showed up.

An extra Bangor Weekly Walk tonight before we go again on Tuesday. No pressure, no expectations. Just good people getting out, moving, talking and making the effort for themselves and each other.

Sometimes the hardest part is just getting out the door, especially on a bank holiday weekend when most are sat in the house recovering from the night before.

Massive respect to every man who turned up tonight. Consistency builds habits, habits build resilience.

Take the first step… we will take the rest with you.

Mental Health World Cup 2026 ⚽️🧠

Today isn’t just about football.
It’s about community, connection and showing men that they’re never alone.

From a weekly kickabout in Bangor with a handful of lads… to standing on the pitch at Goodison Park representing Wales. Unreal.

No matter what happens today, we’re already proud of what this team represents 🤝

Take the first step… we will take the rest with you.

What an unbelievable effort 👏🏻

A massive thank you to Bex Leigh for organising the EPI Throwdown 2026 over in Cyprus in support of MenTribe. What started as an idea turned into an incredible event bringing people together, raising awareness for men’s mental health and generating funds to help us continue supporting men back home in North Wales and beyond.

Seeing people wearing the MenTribe logo on the other side of Europe is honestly hard to put into words. It shows exactly what this is all about:
connection, community and people backing a cause they believe in.

To every single person who took part, supported, donated and got involved… thank you. You should all be proud of yourselves.

Special mention again to Bex for the amount of effort that clearly went into making this happen. Absolute grafter 👏🏻

Take the first step… we will take the rest with you.

Wow. What a result.

The lads were absolutely phenomenal tonight 👏🏻 A pleasure to watch from start to finish.

Massive thank you to Christy Pritchard for organising and running MenTribe F.C week in, week out and constantly sorting fixtures for the lads to get minutes in the legs. Always going above and beyond to make sure men are getting time with a ball at their feet, blowing off steam and socialising in a way only football can bring.

Also a huge thank you to Bangor City Stadium for letting us use the 4G facilities not only tonight, but every week for our kick abouts, and for having us in the bar afterwards.

This is exactly what MenTribe is all about. Bringing people together for something bigger than ourselves.

Viva La MenTribe 💚

Another great result for MenTribe FC tonight with an 8-1 win over Caernarfon Borough 👏⚽️

A massive thank you to Caernarfon Borough for another great game, wishing you all the very best for the rest of the season 🤝💚

Tonight’s goal scorers:

⚽️ Ricky Lee Roberts x2
⚽️ Shaun Lock x2
⚽️ Curly Redmondo x2
⚽️ Andy Clarke x1
⚽️ Graham Jones x1

Although looking at that list, you’d be forgiven for thinking it’s Bangor’s most wanted list… but it’s actually our goalscorers tonight 😂

🏅 Tonight’s Man of the Match goes to Stephen Edwards, at 63 years old he’s still showing all of us up! 👏🔥

One Tribe. One Standard. 💚🤍
