We headed to a place called Bono for breakfast this morning. It's at the bottom of High street & Main street beside Mcculloughs. we we arrived the place was empty but bunged before we left.
Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely food.

Cafollas in Newtownards
What can I say, Good old fashioned , well cooked fry, food was great, price was great, staff where super friendly.
Free top ups on tea and coffee with out even having to ask. Food bought local, all bread in the fry supplied by Patton's Bakery.
Double fry, premier fry( small fry), extra beans and toast, free tea and coffee. £23.85. Cafollas

Underground Dining does it again 🥰
My wife and daughters headed out for dinner at Underground Dining in Bangor, County Down — and once again, it didn’t disappoint.
The youngest daughter lives in Oxford, where there are plenty of vegan options, yet she said this was probably the best vegan curry she’s ever had 💯
My wife chose the venison, which was incredibly tender with a beautifully rich sauce — another 💯.
The middle daughter went for the Christmas Dinner and said it was outstanding, as always.
The oldest daughter had the curried cauliflower burger with pickled beetroot and walnut salad. She loved it and rated it a solid 7 or 8, only because the red curry looked even more tempting 🤣.
Desserts? 10 out of 10 across the board.
They left absolutely delighted — not a single negative to mention.

Niki's Kitchen Cafè

Popped in for breakfast, but it was hard to focus on that with the counter full of tempting treats — cakes, cheesecakes, sausage rolls, scones, and tray bakes all looking fantastic. We ordered the full breakfast, which arrived quickly and was beautifully presented — dry plate, no grease in sight. The meal included 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, beans, soda and potato bread, plus toast, with coffee included (always a nice touch). Everything was cooked perfectly. A solid 10 out of 10 from both me and the wife! 👍cafe

Pitstop Takeaway
Far superior to the sit-in option, in my opinion. There’s just something about letting it sit wrapped in paper for a bit — it somehow makes it taste better. Perfect for a lazy Sunday or a reliable hangover fixer.

We have tried some lovely and some not so lovely, some massive, some tiny, some expensive and some not so expensive places. The one thing that has been a constant is the staff are so far always lovely. We don't like to knock ( unless they are taking the p**s) places as it is very hard to keep a business open in this current climate. We don't like to let them know we are videoing as we want a true representation of what they serve the general public. Makes it more realistic and true.
