ly every day, using the finest, carefully selected, authentic ingredients, many of which come directly from Lithuania. Our staff are highly experienced craftsmen who take pride in their job. Our breads are baked the old fashioned way, without the use of artificial additives or preservatives, using the traditional natural long fermentation recipes that give the bread its distinctive full-flavoured taste, much loved by our customers. We are passionate about what we do and our main focus is always on quality, authenticity and caring for people. We are proud of the reputation we have built amongst the Eastern-European community in the UK and we are also gradually establishing a strong following of local customers.
