I am still getting repeat buyers ! The secret is in mastering the flavours, the texture, as well as good communication with your buyers. Plus don't be too stingy, don't put profit first. Consider your first orders as part of marketing and building clientele, and understand your market and the needs of your customers. I have not yet started live auction sales & live streams because I need to know my customers and what they want. I need to master different times and temperatures and what they deliver, I need to master different flavours. Live auctions in UK means 100's sales in less than 1hour you need to be really prepared for that and master what you are giving including having a good reputation out there.
