Cooking at home need not be complicated - I am home cook inspired by my great homes cooks - my amma (mom), my grandmother, my appa (dad) and my uncle. My cooking is a fusion that maintains the authenticity of the original Sri Lankan cooking while adding my twist and fusion. This initiative is dedicated to these inspirations
